SHIPPING POLICY

Because we make and sell handmade bladed items, our shipping has to follow federal law, carrier rules, and state and local laws at the destination. We try to keep it simple - place an order, we'll get it packed safely and out to you. By ordering you're confirming you've read and agree to this Shipping Policy. Questions? 1. PROCESSING TIME. In-stock items typically ship within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation. Custom or commissioned pieces ship per the timeline quoted in the order. Orders may be delayed during high-volume periods, supply shortages, or while awaiting age and ID verification.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS. We ship within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for bladed items - a physical address is required.
3. RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS. It is the customer's responsibility to know and follow the laws of their state, county, and city regarding knives, blades, and bladed weapons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order to a jurisdiction where the item is illegal to own, possess, sell, or ship. Examples (non-exhaustive) of jurisdictions with restrictions include but are not limited to certain cities and states that restrict automatic, ballistic, double-edged, or fixed-blade knives over certain lengths. If your order is cancelled because the item is illegal at the destination, we will refund the product cost minus any non-refundable processing fees.
4. AGE & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. The recipient must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). All shipments containing bladed items require an adult signature at delivery. The carrier will not leave packages unattended.
5. SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion based on destination, item size, and insurance requirements. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All shipments are insured for the full value of the goods.
6. RISK OF LOSS. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier's reported delivery date so we can file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES. The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Packages returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus shipping and a restocking fee.
8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS / DUTIES. International shipping is not offered at this time.
9. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE. This Shipping Policy and any purchase from Magnussen Craftworks LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rogers County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
