REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting a small, veteran-owned shop. Every knife and blade is made by hand here in Oklahoma, and we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted. If anything below isn't clear, just reach out - we'd rather talk it through than leave you guessing.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date if: (a) the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, OR (b) the item is unused, unsharpened beyond its factory edge, and in its original packaging.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE / FINAL SALE. The following are final sale and non-refundable: custom or commissioned pieces, knives that have been used, sharpened, modified, etched, or engraved, items damaged by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized repair, and items shipped to a jurisdiction where they are illegal to possess.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN. Email magnussen.craftworksllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving your RMA, fully insured, in tamper-evident packaging, and in compliance with all federal and carrier regulations governing bladed items. Do NOT ship any item back without an RMA - unauthorized returns will be refused.
4. REFUNDS. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, or damage in transit). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns of stocked (non-custom) items.
5. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product before unboxing further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier on an insurance claim and issue a replacement or refund.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS. In-stock orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the order ships. Custom or commissioned orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund; after 24 hours, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. CHARGEBACKS. We ask that customers contact us first at magnussen.craftworksllc@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly than the chargeback process. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in the customer being barred from future purchases.
8. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE. This policy and any purchase from Magnussen Craftworks LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rogers County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
